Expect a mix: unused stock, opened boxes, and a proportion of damaged units. Condition is not uniform across the load and is not graded piece by piece. Individual units are not tested, and the specific brands that turn up are not something we can promise in advance.

You will see the freight cost for your address before you pay, not after. You have 3 days from delivery to raise a damage claim, and photographs taken at delivery are what settle it.
