Expect a mix: unused stock, opened boxes, and a proportion of damaged units. Condition is not uniform across the load and is not graded piece by piece. Nothing inside is individually inspected, and the exact brand mix will vary.

You will see the freight cost for your address before you pay, not after. You have 3 days from delivery to raise a damage claim, and photographs taken at delivery are what settle it.
